Refund/Return Policy

Items ordered incorrectly must be returned, pre-paid within 25 days and in NEW and UN-USED condition in order to receive a credit.  Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.  Credits will be less the original shipping charges, and any restock fees, when applicable.  All returns must have prior authorization by contacting L&H Industrial Services, Inc.

Items shipped incorrectly or by mistake to a customer is property of L&H Industrial Services, Inc. and must be returned, at no cost to the customer, within 15 days of written notification.  Written notification DOES include electronic transmission.

L&H Industrial Services, Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason
